1. Acceptance, Eligibility & Termination

1.1 Binding Agreement — By accessing SoulLogic AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1.2 Eligibility & Minors — You must be at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately without notice.

1.3 Modifications — We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.

1.4 Termination — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

2. Mandatory Medical & Psychological Disclaimer

2.1 For Entertainment Only — SoulLogic AI is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. AI responses must not be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment, or intervention for any physical or mental health condition.

2.2 No Professional Relationship — Use of the Services does not create a therapist–patient, doctor–patient, or any professional relationship. The AI is not a licensed therapist.

2.3 Assumption of Specific Risks — You explicitly acknowledge that:

AI outputs may be inaccurate, misleading, or emotionally inappropriate.
The AI cannot recognize real-world psychological crises or physical emergencies.
You assume full responsibility for any delay in seeking professional medical care due to reliance on AI outputs.

3. Data Privacy & Third-Party Disclosure

3.1 Privacy Policy & Health Data Notice — Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Health Data Notice.

3.2 Third-Party API Disclosure — Our Services utilize third-party APIs and infrastructure providers (including but not limited to Google Gemini and RunPod) to process text and voice interactions. Your data is processed by these providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Data Limitation — You are prohibited from inputting Social Security Numbers, financial details, or official medical records.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

4.1 Feedback License — You grant SoulLogic AI LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use any feedback you provide.

4.2 Generated Content — Outputs are generated by AI and may not be unique to you.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

5.1 Liability Cap — Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. If no payments were made, our liability is capped at $100.00.

5.2 Indemnification — You agree to indemnify SoulLogic AI LLC against any claims arising from your use of the Services.

6. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration & Class Waiver

6.1 Binding Arbitration — Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pittsburgh, PA, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

6.2 Class Action Waiver — YOU AND SOULLOGIC AI LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
